In reply to your space inquiry, enclosed is an information sheet about the Lake County Fair which will be held July 22-July 27, 2008, and an application for booth space, as requested. After the application is received, it will be reviewed, and if approved, we will send you a contract if space is available. Total amount will be due when we send you the contract for a definite space. PLEASE NOTE: THIS APPLICATION DOES NOT SECURE ANY BOOTH SPACE ON THE GROUNDS FOR THE 2008 FAIR.
The Lake County Fair requires all applicants to provide the Fair with a Certificate of Insurance in the amount of $1,000,000. INSURANCE COVERAGE NEEDS TO BE IN EFFECT THE ENTIRE TIME YOU OCCUPY THE GROUNDS; SET UP, TAKE DOWN, AND FOR THE FAIR DATES BEING JULY 22 – JULY 27TH, 2008. The Lake County Fair and DDR/SKW LLC. should also be named as the additional insured for General Liability.
